Refund policy

We want you to love your SunStep tee. If it's not quite right for any reason,

you've got 30 days from receiving your order to return it.

Step 1: Email us at hello@sunstepstore.com with your order number and let us know what's up. 📧

Step 2: We'll send you our return address. Pack up your item (include your order number) and send it back using a tracked service. 📦

Step 3: Once we receive it, we'll process your refund. Simple as that. ✅

You'll cover the cost of return shipping - we recommend using tracked shipping so you can follow it on its way back to us.

That's on us, and we'll make it right. If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered:

1. Email us at hello@sunstepstore.com with photos of the item and packaging 📸

2. We'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund - your choice 🔄

3. We'll cover all return shipping costs 💯
