Where are you located?
SunStep is based in Nijmegen, Netherlands. We work with a Dutch print provider who shares our standards for quality and sustainability—keeping things close to home and done right.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within Europe only 🌿 So wherever your festival road takes you across the EU, we’ve got you covered. Shipping rates vary by country — check our shipping policy for the details.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes! You'll get a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow along until it arrives.
What materials are your products made of?
We print on Stanley/Stella tees—premium quality made from 100% GOTS certified organic cotton. Soft, durable, and designed to keep up with whatever your festival weekend throws at you.
Our printing uses GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified water-based inks, and we work with Fair Wear Foundation approved brands because doing things right matters to us.
The result? Comfortable tees that last, feel great on your skin, and look good wash after wash.

Caring for your SunStep Tee
Why Care Instructions Matter
Your SunStep is softer, stronger, and kinder to the planet than conventional cotton. A little love goes a long way in keeping it that way.
Washing (The Important Stuff)
Cold Water Always
Hot water shrinks natural fibers. Cold water keeps your tee fitting right.
Turn It Inside Out
Protects your graphic design from friction with other clothes. Your design will stay vibrant longer.
Use Gentle Detergent 🌿
Harsh chemicals can break down organic cotton fibers.
Expect Slight Color Bleeding (First Wash)
Garment-dyed cotton releases excess dye initially. Wash separately or with similar colors the first time.
Never Use Bleach
Bleach destroys organic cotton fibers and fades colors permanently. Hard pass.
Drying (Keep It Soft)
Air Drying is Best
Hang it up, let nature do its thing. This prevents shrinking and keeps the fabric soft.
Low Heat if Using a Dryer
Select "delicate" or "low" setting. High heat = shrinkage + stiff fabric. Not the vibe.
Remove Promptly
Don't let it sit in the dryer. Take it out while still slightly damp for best results.
What to Avoid
🚫 Fabric Softener
Organic cotton is naturally soft and gets softer with every wash. Fabric softener coats fibers and actually makes it less absorbent.
🚫 High Heat
Shrinks your tee and breaks down the fibers over time.
🚫 Ironing Graphics Directly
Heat can damage printed designs. Always iron inside out or use a pressing cloth.
